    Change Your Attitude

       I woke up this morning to the sun shining and the birds chirping. It was a beautiful morning. I got into my car and drove down the street to the local fast food establishment and placed my order. I pulled up to the drive-thru and received a friendly greeting. The lady was upbeat and engaged in a conversation with me. At the next window, I was again greeted, handed my food and told to have a great day.

         Great customer service is rare, but when it happens, it has the power to influence people’s perception of a company, and it encourages customer loyalty. As a manager, it is important to motivate your employees to maintain a positive attitude because it affects bottom-line.
