Cadence Coaching

Cadence Coaching combines asynchronous and journal-based coaching for a seamless learning experience. The process begins with targeted materials, followed by reflective journal prompts. Coachees record their insights in a private workbook, reviewed by a certified coach who provides personalized feedback. This dynamic method eliminates scheduling delays, allowing for real-time application and accelerated growth.

How it works: 

Micro-modules 

Content is crafted to drive performance and enhance behavior in areas such as teamwork, active listening, or sales. Designed for efficient learning, the content is broken into micro-modules lasting 2 to 5 minutes. These lessons are delivered either weekly or at the pace that best suits the learner, ensuring a flexible and engaging learning experience.

Question Sets

After each learning module, participants receive a set of targeted questions designed to initiate the coaching process. These question sets, typically consisting of two to five questions, are tailored to the module content and serve both to validate understanding and to prompt deeper reflection.

One-to-One Coaching

After completing a question set, the coachee receives personalized feedback from a certified coach. The coachee records their answers in a private workbook or journal, which is reviewed by the assigned coach. The coach then provides tailored, asynchronous coaching through text, audio, or video messages, addressing the coachee's responses and specific needs.

Cadence ONE™

Cadence ONE™ is a personalized coaching service for individual leaders, delivered by certified workplace leadership coaches. It focuses on specific areas where leaders seek to grow, utilizing flexible, asynchronous communication methods (text, video, and audio messages) to provide quick, effective feedback and coaching. This service allows leaders to immediately apply the lessons to real-world situations, making learning more efficient and impactful.

Cadence ONE™ allows coaches and clients to collaborate on a more frequent basis than calendar-driven coaching. Progress Coaching went to this methodology to create a more continuous experience for clients.

At the start of each week, a specific challenge will be presented within the coachee's account. This will start the dialogue of coaching Cadence specific to the area developing traction and success.

Cadence TEAM™

Cadence TEAM™ offers a similar personalized coaching experience but is designed for entire leadership teams or management groups. It aims to align team efforts and develop a cohesive approach to coaching and leadership.

Interested in learning more?

We have been working with Progress Coaching for roughly a year and one of the most interesting attributes has been the monthly employee sessions on Approachability and Coachability. We are seeing a change in people’s abilities to embrace feedback and even seek it. These mass group coaching sessions have provided us a unique opportunity to engage with large groups of people at one time moving them in a direction of alignment successfully. It has helped our leaders engage successfully with their employees while they’re learning how to coach.
