First of all, bad attitudes do not require you to get angry or upset. Bad attitudes are an employee's choice and our job is get them to realize they need to make a change.
Coaching Attitudes Need Not Be Difficult
Coaching attitudes is really tough on people especially leaders. if we ignore people with bad attitudes we lose the trust and respect of the other team members. We permit what we don;t prevent!
