I am down 11-13 pounds but feeling great:

    • Energized - scary if you know me.
    • Positive - too late my a.d.d already helps me.
    • Feeling really good about my PROGRESS.
    • I am moving toward my desired results knowing they are months away.
    • I drink so much water now a lake called me to slow down.
    • My diet is going so well Burger King called me wondering where I have been.
    • Jenny Craig called me asking if I've been to any meetings.
    • I bumped into my wife and we were in the same room ... ahhhhh PROGRESS!!!

Things are good but long way to go, so how is your coaching going? Progress? Patience? Rewarding your employee's efforts?

I have to do this everyday to keep myself going so maybe you should see if your employees are doing the same thing!
