One of the toughest things we go through as leaders and managers is having to address issues such as attitude, negative behaviors, lack of team cooperation, etc. these issues can tear down the very fiber of organizations as we know it today. It is critical as managers and leaders we successfully address these issues by helping employees understand the risks associated with such action. This is not done by yelling and screaming at employees; whereas, we need to get employees to perform better in areas so they can become more participatory in the organization's success. One of the major things we teach in our system called Progress Coaching is if you do not address a tough issue you are providing nonverbal permission for that employee to continue to be that way.
