Its vital to coach people when they are selling because there are so many challenges today:

    • Distracted Customers
    • Social Media
    • Competition
    • Pricing Pressures
    • Etc.

The key is make sure sales people are TRULY ready to perform when selling, but managers often don t have time to work with each sales person. So what is a sales manager to do?

    Pair up Sales People!!!

Its called peer to peer coaching and sales people love it because it allows them to share with some one who has credibility - meaning person who knows what they are experiencing. An outside training agency like us never do; therefore, we encourage sales leaders to leverage peer to peer coaching for maximum results.
