    A candidate you really want just turned you down and  you thought for sure he or she was coming on board. You are upset and frustrated because upper management also wanted this candidate as well. You later find out this candidate found an employee who use to work for you on Linkedin through a mutual friend and asked what it was like to work for you, uh oh!
