Coaching helps organizations recruit employees and save money in the process. Today recruiters are often hired for highly expensive fees to recruit employees when in fact prospective employees will also be recruiting their employers. The thing organizations must understand is employees or prospective employees have the ability to penetrate organizations and see what they are like to work for. Coaching creates an extension of our organizational and personal leadership brand. If a manager is not engaged, dismissive, and simply runs meetings lecturing and displaying little care for other people's thoughts will create A challenge for organizations to successfully recruit. On the other hand, if the managers highly engaged, inspirational, motivational, employees within the department will extend that leadership brand beyond their own department to prospective employees.

One major thing to think about as a leader is according to the Leadership Council employees will yield a 57 % discretionary effort when their managers are engaged with them versus those who are not. Who would a candidate prefer to work for?
