    • What impact has this crisis had on you?
    • How are you currently feeling about coming back to work?
    • What is one word that would best describe how you're emotionally feeling right now?
    • What are two things you are going to do to positively transition back to the new normal?
    • What are two things I can do to make things more comfortable in terms of the transition?
    • What are three things you think i should do as a leader to help people integrate back into a team environment and what would you like to do to assist?
    • What has the communication meant like since the changes?

    Questions are the key to ascertaining how your people are feeling and what they need to transition back to the "new normal".
