    Building Trust Is Tough! Coaching Trust is Tough!

    There are specific things people MUST do to develop and maintain trust within organizations:

    1.   Go to the source
    2.   Avoid sharing with non-sources, people who are not involved (essentially do not gossip)
    3.   Be transparent and honest
    4.   Provide factual insight versus merely sharing feeling s (emotional interpretation) 
    Coaching Employees to Become Influential Leaders
    Do NOT Leave Constructive Feedback By Itself
