It is imperative especially as things are changing so fast that leaders have conversations with their people. It's imperative that people have conversations with their peers. It's imperative that employees have conversations with upper level management. If there is ever been a time when we need to converse and truly understand one another and be in a position to help one another it will be 2022.

This podcast episode talks about four fundamental conversation skills:

    1.       Being present

    2.       Asking questions

    3.       Active listening

    4.       Do something to support and reinforce conversations afterward like saying thank you.
