    No Time - make it

    Don't Know How ? Than Learn

    I have better things to do - no you don't!

    I have experienced people - they still need help!

    I have so much to do - We all do! Developing your people will save you time dummy (that was just for effect)

    They seem okay - meaning you don't know!

     

    Look your employees DO NOT ARBITRARILY GET BETTER BECAUSE YOU TELL THEM TO!

    People need to be:

    • Challenged
    • Encouraged
    • motivated
    • Inspired
    • Questioned
    • Role-played with
    • Along with 138 more coaching thoughts & suggestions

    Still no time to coach?

    Oh by the way people will yield a 57 % greater discretionary effort if they are engaged with management (Leadership Council Study of 2007)

     

    One more thing ... EMAIL IS NOT ENGAGING SO GO HAVE LUNCH OR A SODA WITH AN EMPLOYEE AND START LEARNING AND COACHING!!!
