
Management Headlocks are those ridiculous statements demanding better performance and assuming it actually works. You know the ones "Like c'mon guys we need to our sales up". Brilliant! They know they need to get their sales up but thats where coaching comes in.
Or how about the one with that person who needs a major attitudeadjustment. A typical management headlock is the something like "You better improve your attitude or else". Do they really magically improve their attitude right then and there? Probably not!
