     describe the image

Coaching and really any type of leadership requires one major element ... ENGAGEMENT! If for a second a manager breaks eye contact or looks at his or her phone the employee IMMEDIATELY assumes they don't care or not really listening. Engagement over ! Employee Ticked Off ! Employee tells fellow employees ! Oh what to do ?

    Hope This Help
