    Coaching Process Overview 

    Every coaching interaction should have a high level "Ideal" process. Coaching is a process; therefore, we as coaches need to adhere top a process to maintain consistency for optimal results.
    Here is high level a process we encourage in the Progress Coaching System:
    1. Review Learning Project
    2. Address Area of Performance
    3. Ask Questions Relating To Their Real World
      • Facilitate Discussion Through Awareness 
      • Ask Deepening Questions 
      • Facilitate Simulation or Interaction That Represents What They Go Through 
      • Ask Next Steps Question
