First, what is WOW? WOW is when we take an action that prompts a customer to say "WOW" because they have never has such a great client experience. The # 1 reason customers leave an organization is NOT product or price its a feeling of indifference or customer service.

So here is a brief test and when you take it think if your competition is doing these things:

    1. Do all employees send a thank you card weekly?

    2. Do employees send articles or items of interest to customers?

    3. Do your employees look at customers who were angry as those they need to win iver versus simply satisfy?

    4. Do employees feel compelled to create experiences for customers that drive more referrals?

WOWing is not just an art its a choice. When the choice is made and actions are consistent the culture becomes one of WOW!
