My 16 year old son still receives hugs. So does my 14 year old daughter. I even hug my business partner Ron when I see him in AZ.  After I saw this video, shouldn't we hug more? What if a boss hugged an employee who just did a great job without worries of HR related type issues? What if we were a little nicer to people we know or even those we don't know well. Would our business communities and cultures improve? You Bet! Watch this video and you tell me!
