As a member of DVC (Disney Vacation Club) we have enjoyed years of great customer service and stellar experiences due to the way Disney conducts business. This year we ventured off the Disney grounds to other attractions in Florida and did enjoy ourselves. Here is the thing that amazed my whole family (wife and 2 kids) the people who worked at these attractions were "doing a job". Disney people work at Disney to ensure their guests are thrilled! A big difference ! Next year I am speaking at a conference in Florida and its being held at Disney and am thrilled to be sharing this with some of my employees NOT to just enjoy Disney but to see what we can do as employees for our customers. A Great Lesson!
