This 18 minute lesson will teach 5 things that affect one's ability to be coached. It is imperative that we understand there are two sized coaching, one who gives and who plays the role of coach, and one who receives and plays the role of coachee. So much money and time to start teaching leaders are coach we also have an opportunity to teach the recipient of their role and responsibility in the process as well. I think this lesson will help tremendously.
