    Coaching Question to Ask Yourself

    "If someone was videotaping you what do you think they would see"?

    Its a great question because it provides a different perspective for an employee to look through and in this case a "video camera". If an employee was lacking time management skills this is a great question. If an employee has been accused of being rude or arduous to other employees this is a great question. The Video-Based Question is nothing more than getting employees to be honest with themselves and the video part of the question serves as a device to distract and gain additional perspective.
