    How Coaching Helps Managers Too

Generally when you hear about or read about coaching employees there are a many great examples of how it is beneficial for the employee and how it will help him or her. But, what you don’t often hear about or read about is all of the really great benefits coaching has to offer to managers and leaders.

Coaching is the proverbial I’ll-scratch-your-back-if-you-scratch-mine method of leading. When managers or leaders adopt the coaching culture, they are going to get more done in a shorter time while exerting less effort. Think it’s too good to be true?...think again

    Here are the Facts:

    • People Do NOT Typically Motivate or Inspire Themselves
    • Skills Do NOT Arbitrarily Get Better
    • Managers ARE Only people who have consistent access to employee performance!
Coaching is simply a different, more successful, way to accomplish what you have always set out to do.

So even though coaching is focused on improving employee performance, skill, or motivation, by doing those thing you will also be accomplishing your goals and meeting your responsibilities.

Let coaching help you, to help your employees, to help yourself

    • Your employees performance is a reflection of your leadership & performance

    • Take your employees development on as a challenge, instead of nagging them to develop

    • Capitalize on you employee's defining moments by coaching to learn aspects and opportunities of growth.
