Women's Rising Leadership Academy
presented by Progress Coaching
The Women’s Rising Leadership Academy is effectively helping women overcome workplace challenges that are holding them back from the success they desire and deserve.
Who is this for?
Emerging women leaders who desire:
- Leadership training and development
- A safe space to share workplace challenges unique to them
- Collaboration with like-minded women from diverse backgrounds
- Expertise and guidance from a professional coach
Leadership is not about titles; development should happen at all levels.
How is this delivered?
We are an online learning community with a private Mighty Networks page where everything, outside of coursework, lives. Articles, resources, chat, and networking can all be found in one place.
The academy includes:
- Group Coaching Sessions
- 1:1 Coaching Sessions
- Leadership Training
- Keynote Speaker Series
- 24/7 access to resources and a network of like-minded women
From engaging keynote speakers, I've learned to embrace my unique strengths and regain confidence; tailored 1:1 coaching sessions have equipped me to overcome challenges and setbacks effectively; through enlightening group calls, I've built a powerful network of supportive mentors, peers, and friends; and the community has provided case studies for us to work through that have supported me in real-life scenarios that we face everyday as leaders.
I encourage you to consider joining the Women's Rising Leadership Academy. The opportunities for growth, learning, and networking are truly boundless, and I'm confident it will be as transformative for you as it has been for me.
HOW LONG DOES THE ACADEMY RUN?
We have programming scheduled through the end of 2024. Unlike traditional training - we believe that true development is not an event. Real change can only happen with intentional practice and consistent support over time.
What is the time commitment?
Roughly 1.5 - 2 hours/month. Monthly calls are recorded for community members to access and rewatch at any point. The training, coursework, and 1:1 coaching sessions are scheduled and completed at times that work best for you.
What topics are covered?
Monthly group coaching calls regarding workplace challenges are determined by the community and the coursework covers leadership training and coaching.
The best part for me is the community aspect. Getting to know other women, knowing that I have a place to go, I don’t feel like I’m on an island anymore.

I love to hear what other people are going through on our group coaching calls because while our circumstances might be unique, our challenges are not.
About Co-Founder, Kristin Miller

Kristin has an unrelenting passion for helping people, in particular women. As a woman who has worked in male-dominated spaces most of her professional career, leading teams of young professionals hungry for development, she understands and has likely experienced many challenges unique to women, like starting a family while growing her career, fighting for equal pay, addressing microaggressions, overcoming harassment, etc. Kristin works with leaders at organizations who believe in harnessing tools, like training and coaching, in order to provide a space where individual contributors, managers, and leaders can speak the same language, thrive based on their strengths, and drive at business imperatives while holding true to their mission, vision, and values.
