Looking for an affordable approach to talent development that actually works?! Our Coaching PODs bring leaders together in a small community format where they learn to become better leadership coaches and actively develop & retain top talent!
We use surveys and assessments to capture insights from each POD, enabling us to deliver a customized approach that addresses YOUR real-world needs and challenges. PODs can be private, within companies, or public, across organizations. We even have PODs for Employees!

The New Sales Manager Coach
