  • Conversation pieces that facilitate their willingness to help

One of the major obstacles to training reinforcement when it comes to coaching his managers and leaders will share they are limited in time when in fact the real reasons they do not coach and partner in the pursuit of training reinforcement is they do not know what to say or do. During this session we will teach you a design strategy that allows you to build your own coaching maps specific to your training and learning objectives. A coaching map is a specific situational solution that makes it easy to reinforce training and help managers coach their direct employees. During this session we will teach you:

  • How to use questions to reinforce your training
  • Five question formats managers can easily adopt and utilize
  • Designing activities managers can facilitate
  • Teaching learning projects for managers to hold employees accountable and responsible for learning

Target Outcome: You will be able to design coaching solutions down to the exact questions, activities, and learning projects to make it absolutely easy for managers to apply and become true reinforcement and coaching partners for your training and learning objectives.

We are all creatures of habit and one of the toughest things is the transition from the classroom or e-learning platform back to the office. It is critical we get creative when reminding participants as well as their managers and leaders of the need to apply what was taught. During this workshop we will teach:

  • How to use digital messaging to reinforce your training
  • How to use written messages to reinforce your training
  • How to use mobile devices as tool to reinforce your training
  • Teaching learning projects for managers to hold employees accountable and responsible for learning

Target Outcome: You will be able to learn specific strategies to motivate both the manager and learner when it comes to reinforcing training as well as delivering impactful coaching specific to your objectives.

1) Attend FOUR LIVE WORKSHOP SESSIONS

2019: June, 7, 14, 21, and 28 - All Sessions will be at 11:00 am cst to 12:30 pm cst. (All Sessions Will Be Recorded for Attendees)

 

2) Complete The Coaching Bridge Online Course - this course will reinforce the four live sessions as well as provides activities to facilitate deeper understanding of how to build training and learning objectives.

3) Receive Two One on One Strategy Sessions - After the Live Sessions You will receive two one one strategy sessions specific to your training and learning objectives. Here we will discuss and strategize specific to your training needs and upcoming projects.

 

Target Outcome: You will be able to discuss your specific needs as a relates to a current training and learning project.

REINFORCEMENT LESSONS

We will create custom reinforcement lessons using the chat and Q&A modules of the online platform to speak directly to your questions. In essence, we will reinforce each session with an audio voice-over video speaking directly to the questions that were not answered during the live broadcast.In addition, we will provide 14 days of reinforcement lessons after the last workshop. These lessons will take no more than 7 to 10 minutes to complete and watch and they will provide further reinforcement of strategies taught during the workshop series.

 

STRATEGY SESSIONS

You will receive two one-on-one strategy sessions where we will work with you speaking directly to your training and learning objectives providing insight and strategy to training reinforcement and coaching. You will get access to our online calendars where you can schedule a 30 minute strategy session speaking directly to your training and learning objectives. This session will encompass us providing direct feedback to your challenges and providing design help specific to reinforcing your training and learning objectives.
