    How to Achieve the Ideal Coaching Interaction

    Every coaching interaction should have a high level "Ideal" process. Coaching is am  process; therefore, we as coaches need to adhere top a process to maintain consistency for optimal results.
    Here is high level a process we encourage in the Progress Coaching System:
    1.Review Learning Project
    2.Address Area of Performance
    3.Ask Questions Relating To Their Real World
    –Facilitate Discussion Through Awareness
    –Ask Deepening Questions
    –Facilitate Simulation or Interaction That Represents What They    Go Through
    –Ask Next Steps Question
