    The Question I Get Every time: Why Do I Need to Coach

    The real reasons vary from manager to manager when I get this question. I would share its usually they feel they don't have time or its not their responsibility or one they won't share is they are scared to. It really does not matter because the major reason we ALL know why we need to coach is people generally will not seek change to improve or overcome work-related challenges.
