    3. Trust saves times so the manager does NOT have to establish it for coaching to be successful

    4. Trust creates a mutually beneficial relationship for coaching to be successful

    5. Trust is a vague and ambiguous aspect to develop; therefore, focusing on trust will greatly enhance the relationship between manager and employee.

    6. Trust establishes goodwill for the employee to receive feedback as to where they can improve  and without trust such feedback will be met with skepticism.
