The adjective or adverb viral and the noun virality may refer to any viral phenomenon, that is, an object or pattern that is able to induce some agents to replicate it, resulting in many copies being produced and spread around.  Our Progress Coaching has gone viral throughout our client sites.  At one particular client site, they have both implemented our coaching throughout their entire organizations.

At our client site coaching was introduced to an initial group of managers who went through the training. When confronted, a majority of regional sales directors at this site could not explain why their employees were successful or unsuccessful. They merely saw the numbers the sales reps had hit each month. So, the regional sales directors began training in Progress Coaching. Now the whole company is involved with programs that have stemmed from the coaching.
