Manager Coach - This program is for all managers who manage or supervise non-sales employees. This program teaches the Progress Coaching system to managers of call centers, customer service teams, manufacturing floors, etc.
Trainer Coach - This program teaches the trainer the Progress Coaching System and how to integrate it into their training. The trainer will also learn how to design coaching to enhance training programs.
Emerging Coach - This program builds "future" internal leaders by teaching specific elements of the Progress Coaching System. You will learn how to coach peers and lead group coaching sessions while not coming off too pushy or bossy. This program allows organizations to develop succession planning with internal leader development.
Sales Coach - This program is specific to the challenges of leading a sales team. It will teach specific techniques and strategies geared to the day-to-day challenges of driving better-selling performance.
