Learning Tracks

Learning Tracks are an innovative way for sales, customer service, and management staff to learn without disrupting work. Learning Tracks are engineered around a specific topic with short learning lessons mailed on a regular basis. Links are provided to various form of learning such as flash presentations, audio files, article files, etc. The learning lessons are short and prompt the learner to complete an activity to help apply what is being taught. The Learning Tracks are sent from our tool called The Training Generator, which allows for great flexibility:

  • The lessons are sent on days and times you choose
  • The lessons are sent to the learner's desktop or in some cases their PDA or cell phone
