    15minutes

Coaching frequency is critical. Meeting with employees once a month is simply not enough and quite frankly does not resonate or stay with the employee very long. There is little or no momentum. It is easier to schedule with employees this way, but is that the true objective? You can have a great coaching session in 15 minute segments. We teach a four-step process that simplifies things for the manager coach:

    1. Learning Project

    2. Discussion

    3. Activity

    4. Learning Project

The goal is to follow the process and have the learning project drive the area of performance and relevant to the real world.

Here is an audio overview of the four-step process:

Also please help us out and complete this very short survey on employee's coachability for an article we are writing: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/TY5LZ8V.  Thanks
