What are Tidal Waves in the work world? They are different for each person but here is a list of few tidal waves that literally drown employee productivity:

    • 12 voice mails that need to be returned when someone goes into work.
    • A mound of paperwork that needs to be completed by the end of the week.
    • 4 specific customer requests that need to be honored or the boss will ring your neck.
    • A request from the boss for a report that will take 3 hours to produce ... in the next hour.
Each tidal wave pushes employees farther away from shore where they need to work. The presentation below will hopefully provide you greater insight!
