Tim Hagen - President

Tim founded Sales Progress, a SaleBuilder Marketing company, in 1997. His entrepreneurial career began in college, leading to positions in sales, sales management, and sales training for small and large corporations, and eventually ownership of several training companies. He possesses a unique combination of hands-on experience, academics, and innovative insight to solve the industry's most common challenges. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Adult Education and Training from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Ron Brummeyer - Chairman of the Board, Partner

For more than 15 years, Ron has held leadership positions, starting as owner of Protocol, Inc., a telecommunication services company. His experience branched into health care at Mednet of America and Chirotech America. Later he was appointed a partner at Doral Dental USA - one of America's fastest growing companies according to Inc. Magazine - and Vestica HealthCare. Doral Dental was purchased by Dentaquest Ventures where Ron held the post of President until joining Sales Progress in 2005.

David Hilker - Chief Financial Officer, Partner

David's career started at the accounting firms of Deloitte Haskins & Sells and Coopers & Lybrand where he was a Senior Manager. In 1997 he established Hilker and Associates, a tax and accounting practice focusing on individuals and small business. He's been an owner and board member for numerous businesses, and a partner in Sales Progress since its inception. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master's degree in Taxation from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Marilyn Thiet - Director of Performance Management Services

Marilyn is responsible for consulting services, training, and client project management. She has over 25 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, training, and leadership development. Prior to Sales Progress, she had her own successful consulting practice helping clients develop and execute training and development strategies. Her background includes working for GE Healthcare in numerous roles and was the Commercial Training and Development Manager for the Americas when she left the company in 2002. Marilyn has a degree in Business Management and in addition, she is trained and certified in Professional Facilitation, Change Acceleration Process (CAP) and Six Sigma quality methodologies.
