Tim Hagen founded Sales Progress, a Training Reinforcement Partner Company, in 1997. His entrepreneurial career began in college leading to positions in sales, sales management, and sales training for small and large corporations, and eventually ownership of several training companies. He possesses a unique combination of hands-on experience, academics, and innovative insight to solve the industry’s most common challenges. Erin has driven the creative and innovative marketing behind Progress Coaching as a brand. Her work allows us to match our company mission with a marketing message. Katie began working at Progress Coaching as an administrative assistant, developing the the role of Coaching Strategist. Thinking she'd leave after she graduated from her graduate program in counseling, she began to see the parallels between counseling and coaching and couldn't leave. Tony provides his artistic touch in various media here at Progress Coaching. In his free time, he enjoys learning more about motion graphics and working in Adobe After Effects. Alyssa comes to Progress Coaching from the banking and mortgage world, but has been doing a different version of coaching with seven years of club and high school volleyball coaching experience.
